Indie Feature Prize and New Feature Screenplay Competition Announced
‘168’ Short Film Competition Goes Long With Big Indie Feature Film Production Prize and ‘168 Days’ Feature Screenwriting Competition
Burbank, CA – Dec. 13, 2016 Contestants in the 15th Annual 168 Film Project will compete for the opportunity to win a feature film budget!*
This initiative from 168 Film is code named “8168,” which is the approximate amount of hours projected to complete the feature film.
Eligible filmmakers will first make a short film for the 168 Film Project speed film competition in May. Then, producers will be selected at the 168 Film Festival (Aug. 26-27) to present their feature film proposal. The most marketable package will win.
Filmmaker proposals will be heard in November 2017 and will include: script, proposed cast, crew, schedule and marketing package. Any script may be pitched.
